    1.3 BUYER<\/b> \u2013 a capable individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur who accepts the terms of this Agreement by accepting the offer and paying for goods and\/or services.<\/p>\n

    1.4 PAYMENTS<\/b> \u2013 funds transferred by the Buyer as payment for the Seller's goods or services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including through payment systems or acquiring services.<\/p>\n

    1.5 ACQUIRING<\/b> \u2013 a financial service provided by a bank or other payment institution that enables the Seller to accept non-cash payments, in particular using payment cards.<\/p>\n

    1.6 PAYMENT CARDS <\/b>\u2013 a payment instrument issued by a banking institution that allows the Buyer to make non-cash payments for goods or services.<\/p>\n

    1.7 FISCAL CHECK<\/b> \u2013 an electronic or paper document, formed in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, which confirms the fact of a payment transaction and payment for a product or service.<\/p>\n

    1.8 ADMINISTRATOR<\/b> \u2013 a person authorized by the Owner to provide technical support for the Site, administer its functionality, control data processing, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.<\/p>\n

    1.9 ACT<\/b> \u2013 an official document confirming the fact of the performance of services or works by the Contractor, their acceptance by the Buyer or another authorized party.<\/p>\n

    1.10 ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT<\/b> \u2013 a document generated by the Seller and provided to the Buyer, containing payment details, the amount to be paid, a description of the goods or services, and other data necessary to fulfill the financial obligation.<\/p>\n

    1.11 OWNER<\/b> \u2013 a legal or natural person who owns the Site by ownership or other legal right and who determines the rules for its use.<\/p>\n

    1.14 PRICE<\/b> \u2013 the monetary equivalent of the cost of the goods or services, established by the Seller, which is mandatory for payment by the Buyer under this Agreement.<\/p>\n

    1.15 USER<\/b> \u2013 any person who accesses the Site uses its functionality, including without concluding this Agreement.<\/p>\n

    1.16 OFFER<\/b> \u2013 the Seller's offer, addressed to an unspecified circle of persons, to conclude this Agreement on the terms set out in the text published on the Site.<\/p>\n

    1.17 ACCEPTANCE<\/b> \u2013 full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of the Offer, which is expressed through the performance of actions that indicate agreement with the provisions of this Agreement (for example, placing an order or paying for the goods\/services).<\/p>\n

    1.20 AGREEMENT<\/b> \u2013 this document, which regulates the procedure for relations between the Parties arising in connection with the use of the Site, the purchase of goods and\/or the ordering of services.<\/p>\n

      Buyers who place orders and pay;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      A marketplace administrator who ensures the technical functioning of the platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The marketplace can also perform acquiring functions, providing payment processing through payment systems.<\/p>\n

      1.25 ELECTRONIC PAYMENT MEANS (EPM)<\/b> - these are tools used to make non-cash payments for goods, works or services through electronic payment systems.<\/p>\n

      1.26 EFP INCLUDES:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Payment cards (credit, debit, prepaid);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Mobile payment applications (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              3.2<\/b> From the moment of acceptance of the Offer, this Agreement is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer on the terms set forth therein.<\/p>\n
