There are two options on the pattern layout plan, choose one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shirt manufacturing technology:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Processing of the coquette.<\/strong>Fold the detail of the yoke and the details of the cut of the pleat and the back with the front sides inward, aligning the cuts, and sew with a stitch 1 cm wide. Iron the seam towards the back.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing of the lower section and bar. <\/strong>If the fastener is sewn-on buttons, then the right side of the shirt should be glued with doubler tape 2.5 cm wide, leaving 1 cm from the edge cut. According to the markup, iron the seam allowance of 1 cm and the width of the strip in the finished form 2.5 cm. After stepping back from the edge cut by 5 cm, hem the bottom of the shirt with basting, lay a decorative stitch along the hemming seam. Bend the second edge of the backing, draw and adjust. Turn the lower corner of the bar and hem at the level of the back. Lay a stitch along the bar at a distance of 0.1 cm from the edge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finishing of the sleeves with closed cuffs.<\/strong> Glue the cuffs to the fold line with doublerin. Sew the decorative tape to the cuffs so that the duplicated side is the inner cuff. Check that the parts are symmetrical. Sew the cuff, iron the allowances. Sew the inner glued side of the cuff to the bottom of the sleeve, aligning the seams and the line of the braid. Iron the seam allowances towards the cuff. Fold in 1 cm and draw the allowance of the upper cuff on the sewing seam so that the allowance overlaps the sewing seam by 0.1 cm. Adjust the allowance of the upper cuff to the sewing seam at a distance of 0.1 cm from the edge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing of the collar.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Option 1.\u00a0<\/strong>Cut out the collar detail in advance by 1 cm around the perimeter of the pattern. Duplicate, cut to the required dimensions according to the pattern. Fold in half along the fold line with the front sides inward, hem at the ends, adjusting the seam allowance to the shirt of the lower collar (duplicated part) by 1 cm. Turn, correct and iron.<\/li>\n<li>Fold the upper collar with the wrong side of the shirt, align the cuts along the neck and sew the pleats and back to the neck with a seam 1 cm wide. Iron the seam allowances towards the collar. Draw along the length, stitched in the corners, the allowance of the lower collar on the seam of sewing the upper collar into the neck. Stitch the lower collar to the sewing seam with a seam 0.1 cm from the bent edge. Iron, give a rounded shape on a special block or mannequin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Option 2.<\/strong> Cut one collar and racks in advance by 0.5-1 cm more than the perimeter of the patterns, duplicate. Cut the lower collar and racks to the required dimensions according to the patterns. Fold the upper and lower collars with the front sides inward, hem the ends and the seam with a width of 0.7 cm. If necessary, hem in the corners, leaving a seam allowance of 0.3 cm. Turn it out, correcting the seams and corners. Sweep the collar and iron. Lay the decorative stitch at a distance of 0.7 cm from the edge.<\/li>\n<li>Put the finished collar between the parts of the rack, folded with the front sides inward, align the cuts and sew the collar, while hemming the ends of the rack, bending the sewing allowance to the shirt of the outer rack by 1 cm in the corner. Bend, iron.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Fold the inner stand with the wrong side of the shirt, align the cuts along the neck and sew the stand into the neck of the pleat and the back with a seam 1 cm wide. Iron the seam allowances towards the stand. Over the entire length, stitched in the corners, the allowance of the outer rack on the seam of sewing the inner rack into the neck. Stitch the outer rack to the seam of the inner rack with a seam of 0.1 cm from the bent edge.
