Files purchased on the atelierua.com Marketplace cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the file purchased on the Marketplace is of inadequate quality, after confirmation of its defect or low quality, our company can reimburse the cost of such File to the client's account.

The basis for reviewing the fact of the purchase of the File(s) is the customer's request to the support service indicating his/her email address linked to the account, payment confirmation in the form of a purchase letter or an invoice from the user's payment history, as well as reasons indicating on the inadequate quality of the File(s).

The criteria according to which the quality of the File(s) is considered inadequate are determined at the sole discretion of Atelier UA specialists separately for each case.

Atelier UA reserves the sole discretion to determine the viability of any file, and Atelier UA quality control professionals will work closely with you to find a fair and just solution.
