The instructions indicate the amount of necessary materials, the length of the rubber bands for each cut, detailed tailoring description + photo.

Amount of required materials:

Fabric with an elasticity coefficient of 0.8-0.9 (biflex and similar) - 35 cm.
Latex rubber band with a width of 10 mm - 130-185 cm.
Silicone rubber band, 7 mm wide - 14-15-16-16.5-17-17.5-18-18.5-19.5 cm (depending on the size).
