The instructions indicate the amount of necessary materials, the length of the elastic bands for each cut, a detailed description of sewing + a photo.

Amount of required materials:

Non-elastic fabric (140-150 cm wide) - 30 cm.
Lining fabric (you can use shirt fabric or thin cotton) - 20 cm.
Dublerin with a density of approximately 130g/m^2 and a width of 140-150 cm - 30 cm.
Threads - 1 pc.
