The instructions indicate the amount of necessary materials, the length of the elastic bands for each cut, a detailed description of sewing + a photo.

Amount of required materials:

Fabric with an elasticity coefficient of 0.8-0.9 (biflex and similar) - 25 cm.

Latex rubber band with a width of 10 mm - 55-85 cm.
